📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the monthly closing process, including journal entries, adjusting entries, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (IASB).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
