📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle customs declarations, including the submission of necessary forms and payments.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customs processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customs clearance procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid customs clearance certification or license is a plus.
