• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product benefits and negotiating deals.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Participate in sales promotions and events to boost brand visibility and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
