As our Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the efficient movement of materials from suppliers to our construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and optimal storage within our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and stock control using SAP and other warehouse management software.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Manage and optimize the transportation of materials to construction sites, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse and during material transportation.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials are procured according to project specifications.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as stock turnover rates and order fulfillment times.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience with warehouse management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and transportation logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Familiarity with construction project management processes and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
