People Operations & HR Generalist

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build and optimize comprehensive HR systems that directly impact employee experience and business growth. You'll manage HR processes from recruitment to retirement, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Based in Bogor, you'll work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's vision.

As a People Operations & HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and managing payroll and benefits. You'll use tools like BambooHR for HR management and PayFit for payroll processing. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry. The salary range for this position is IDR 7,000,000 - IDR 9,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee employee benefits and manage payroll using PayFit.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Use BambooHR to manage HR data and generate reports.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR management software like BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
