📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and track maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and new hires.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge maintenance strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and other maintenance management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in electrical safety and maintenance (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
