• Oversee the daily operations of the body and paint workshop, ensuring all processes are carried out according to industry standards and company protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest standards of quality, using tools such as SAP and JDE.
• Manage the workshop's resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the workshop is maintained in a safe and clean environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Provide regular reports to management on the workshop's performance, including key metrics such as production output, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automotive body and paint industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in automotive body and paint.
• Familiarity with SAP and JDE systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different workshop locations as needed.
