📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with potential merchants to understand their needs and interests.
• Present our merchant services and solutions to potential clients.
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new merchants.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing merchants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Report on sales activities and merchant engagement to the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in merchant engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
