📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair scientific and analytical instruments, including chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and other high-end equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the instruments are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and validate instruments to meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of instruments.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and calibrations, in a detailed and organized manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation technology and apply this knowledge to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, particularly with scientific and analytical instruments.
• Certification in relevant areas, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or other industry-specific certifications.
• Proficient in using service management software, such as SAP Service Manager or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations across Bali.
