Stripe is seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our Payments and Risk team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power Stripe's payment processing and risk management capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement scalable and reliable backend systems for Stripe's payment processing and risk management capabilities,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Go, or another backend language,Optimize system performance and scalability, and ensure high availability and reliability,Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive customer data,Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely and effective solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our systems and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience,3+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on payments and risk management,Proficiency in Python, Go, or another backend language,Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases,Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
