As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with our sales teams in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's vision, ensuring that our products reach the right customers at the right time. Your daily tasks will include market analysis, customer relationship management, and performance monitoring using tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
