Knights Synergy (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project/Site Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect and maintain construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project efficiency and quality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or site engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar.
