Distribution Specialist - Bali (Pampanga Operations)

As a Distribution Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, working closely with our warehouse teams, drivers, and suppliers. You'll use tools like SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize routes. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize the distribution network across Bali, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and stock movements.
- Work with drivers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance using data from SAP and WMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support Pampanga operations by providing insights and solutions for supply chain challenges.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
- Provide regular reports on distribution performance and recommend improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Familiarity with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
