📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data protection laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the fintech team on regulatory matters.
• Manage corporate governance processes, including board meetings, risk management, and internal controls.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution, if necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fintech and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or litigation.
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in using legal software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations is a plus.
