📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily safety operations and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Develop and implement safety programs and protocols for the facility.
- Manage and train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
- Ensure the facility meets all environmental and safety certifications.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with international and local regulations.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
- Investigate and document safety incidents and near-misses.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management or a related role.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH Professional, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using EHS management software (e.g., SAP EHS, Health and Safety Executive (HSE) software).
