📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical documentation processes,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience in creating user manuals, API documentation, or other technical documents is a plus
