📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following food safety guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.
  • Train and supervise junior staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food handler's permit.
