📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage SMT digitalization and automation projects from inception to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.,Develop and implement digital solutions, including robotics, AI, and machine learning, to enhance SMT processes.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues to ensure project success.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digitalization and automation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in manufacturing or automation.,Strong knowledge of SMT processes and technologies.,Experience with digitalization and automation tools, such as robotics, AI, and machine learning.,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
