📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvements based on feedback,Oversee the employee benefits program and ensure it meets the needs of our employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies are effectively implemented,Prepare and present regular HR reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record in managing HR functions and policies,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
