📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and overseeing the group reporting and consolidation processes for our international operations
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting
• Providing strategic financial advice to the management team
• Working closely with our international subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting standards
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to management
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with international reporting and consolidation processes is highly desirable
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus
