📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, products, and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
