PT Mandiri Tunas is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store in Dili. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty,Manage inventory levels and order replenishment processes,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a remote setting,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetum),Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
