CV Digital Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of procurement principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
