📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all operations on board the vessel, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Manage and supervise crew members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Plan and execute voyage schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of all operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the company's headquarters and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in good condition for all operations.
  • Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with navigation and vessel management software.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong background in maritime operations and a proven ability to manage and supervise a team.
