🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP or MES systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
