Rejeki Budi Restaurant is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to our high standards.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the right supplies on hand.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our staff is properly trained in emergency procedures.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that they are followed.,Experience with inventory management and control.,A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.,Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
