📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure team success.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
