📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and train a team of butlers and support staff to deliver exceptional guest service.,Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that all guest requests and needs are met.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the hotel, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are properly trained and supervised.,Monitor and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the approved limits.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel management and guest service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of staff.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure that the hotel is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
