Resto Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the training process,Collaborate with management to ensure training goals align with company objectives,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to analyze data and interpret training outcomes,Passion for continuous learning and professional development
