📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-stocked, and meets health and safety standards.,Manage the food and beverage inventory, including ordering and restocking.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure that food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Work with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
