📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assist in the creation of learning materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of learning strategies,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems,Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design principles,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
