📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the store.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to execute store promotions and events.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
