Rumah Sakit Maya Kebab is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.,Organize and coordinate training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
