📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and retailers.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution of products.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
