In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities.,Support the Team Leader in managing team performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to team members.,Assist in the development of team training programs and materials.,Support the Team Leader in managing team budgets and resources.,Assist in the preparation of team reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
