📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Handle crew scheduling and leave management.,Maintain accurate records of operations and incidents.,Provide support during emergency situations.,Participate in training programs for new crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Marine Safety Training Certificate (MSTC) or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Possession of a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.,Experience with vessel management systems and software is a plus.
