📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Provide regular reports on sales and customer interactions to the team.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and other telemarketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
