📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.

Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using sales tools and software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
