Bahagia Intan Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a growing dental clinic located in Blitar, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our procurement needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of dental products and equipment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
