Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure that all department policies and procedures are followed and that compliance with relevant regulations is maintained.Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are recorded accurately and that the department operates within its allocated budget.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that department goals are aligned with the overall objectives of the organization.Attend and participate in department meetings, providing updates on departmental activities and discussing any issues or concerns that may arise.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this information to inform departmental strategies and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses, and to ensure that the department operates within its allocated budget.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or challenges that may arise.Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and other relevant applications.Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines and targets.🛠️ Keahlian
